Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law
• 5+ years of overall legal experience, including at least 3 years in contractual and/or commercial law (corporate, compliance, regulatory, or related areas)
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced legal research skills
• Solid understanding of the regulatory environment and governmental structure
• Excellent legal drafting and business correspondence skills
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher)
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and approve contracts, addenda, NDAs, and related documents
• Participate in negotiations with current and potential counterparties when required
• Conduct legal due diligence of third parties and prepare risk assessments
• Verify and analyze written position papers on their compliance with applicable legislation and internal requirements of the organization
• Review and analyze internal documents, position papers, and legal opinions for compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies
• Monitor current and draft legislation and assess potential legal risks related to the organization’s core activities
• Prepare legal advice and opinions for internal stakeholders
• Provide ongoing legal support across various legal matters
• Participate in the development and update of internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
• Deliver compliance trainings, onboarding sessions, and prepare educational materials to support corporate culture
