Requirements:

• Higher education in Law
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• English proficiency at Intermediate level
• Knowledge of contract law, including the specifics of foreign economic contracts 
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibiities:

• Drafting contracts with clients (95% of the workload)
• Preparing and reviewing contracts with suppliers
• Drafting internal agreements on loans and financial aid
• Monitoring the signing and receipt of original documents
• Preparing powers of attorney, meeting minutes, etc.
• Additional tasks as needed: changes to business codes (KVED), statutes, and more
