First-ever joint program for retailers and distributors: synchronizing operations

  Apple Consulting® and kmbs are launching a joint intensive program that, for the first time, brings retailers and distributors together in one room. The goal is to build a shared operational logic focused on the customer: less misalignment and waste, more traffic, stock turns, and profitability. What you will gain. Aligned rules for replenishment and inventory; a manageable assortment and fast SKU rotation; a clear role for retailers’ and distributors’ DCs; effective work with peaks, promotions, and seasonality.
