Requirements:

• Higher legal education.
• Availability of a certificate of the right to practice law.
• Practical experience in the field of dispute resolution of at least 3 years.
• High knowledge of procedural legislation (CPC, CPC, CAS).
• Knowledge and understanding of key positions of the Supreme Court, ECHR.
• Develop skills in legal analysis and preparation of legal documents.
• Competent oral and written language, high communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail.
• Self-motivation, result and client orientation, proactivity.
• Knowledge of English (as an advantage).

Responsibiities:

• Formation of a strategy for representing the client's interests and procedural position in the project.
• Representation of clients' interests in courts of all instances, arbitrations and state bodies.
• Full conduct of legal proceedings.
