The third event for SMEs in Odesa within the educational project of the EBA and UKRSIBBANK

  On 12 September in Odesa, the European Business Association together with UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group held the third educational event of the project series “Sustainable Business Development in Times of Uncertainty” for representatives of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises that continue to operate in frontline areas despite wartime risks. The event programme covered two blocks: “Tips for Business Growth” and “Business Digitalisation”. Olesia Arkhipova, founder of Arkhipova Advisory, team strategist and strategic adviser for IT companies, shared insights on how to organise business processes, build the right development strategy, and define key performance indicators (KPI, OKR) for 2025. Olesia has more than 12 years of experience in facilitation and conducting strategic sessions. Liliia Melnychenko, a digital marketing strategist with 12 years of experience, spoke about how to effectively use digital marketing for business growth, adapt successful mechanisms of competitors, and present key products, services, and goods in a profitable way. Liliia is the founder of the online agency MECO and holds two higher education degrees: Environmental Engineering (KPI) and Logistics Engineering (NTU). She has overseen more than 65 business digital transformation projects, including start-ups targeting the US, Canadian, and European markets. Among her clients are Nova Poshta, Foxtrot, Epicentr, ABM Cloud, and Vorwarts Pharma. One of her most successful cases is a 34-fold increase in online sales of a homeopathic pharmacy over two years. Liliia specialises in integrating digital marketing into business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling through analytics and a systematic approach.
