Dear Colleagues, The European Business Association invites you to take part in a survey on how card payment fees affect your business. About this research This survey is conducted together with Deloitte as part of the project Ensuring the Sustainability of the Cashless Economy in Ukraine during European Integration. Objective: to understand the challenges your business faces when transitioning to cashless payments and how future changes to interchange fees, as Ukraine moves closer to the EU, may impact your operations. TAKE THE SURVEY What are interchange fees (IRF) in simple terms? When your customer pays by card in your shop: Your bank (the acquiring bank), which provided you with the terminal, receives the money from your customer. Part of this fee is passed on to you as a merchant. Why is this important for your business? Your responses will help to: Assess how changes in fees will affect small and medium-sized businesses. Develop recommendations to support entrepreneurs. Take business needs into account during the European integration process. Your opinion matters! Every response helps create a complete picture for making the right decisions. Participation terms Confidentiality: All responses are confidential. Results: Will be presented as summarised findings and recommendations. Duration: The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Deadline: Until 5 October.
