Online lecture: Business in the dimensions of on-love and off-love: Creativity, Partnership and Community

EBA Dnipro held an online lecture dedicated to the International Philosophy Day, together with Oleksandr and Inna Shatalovich, a philosopher and professor, who skillfully immersed the participants in the multifaceted world of love and its role in creativity and business. The speakers outlined the spectrum of love, revealing its philosophical and psychological dimensions, and showed how its different forms: Eros, Agape, Philia and Storge affect human relationships, team dynamics, creativity and cohesion in a professional environment. Special attention was paid to the formation of relationships based on trust and a sense of security, which become the foundation of emotional stability, cooperation and a healthy team culture. The speakers emphasized that love can be not only an emotional impulse, but also a powerful resource for developing partnerships, support and professional growth. Participants also took part in a practical exercise on reflecting on their own values. They wrote down the names of people they were helping or would like to help, choosing a color for each person that reflected their emotional connection. This exercise helped them to take a fresh look at the balance between what we give and what we receive, forming their own support network.
