On September 3, a meeting of the HR Management Committee of the Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association took place, where we discussed how healthcare and insurance are becoming strategic tools for business and HR. The focus was on how investments in employee health help companies reduce costs, decrease the number of sick leave days, and increase team productivity.
