EBA lobbying team registered in the NACP Transparency Register

  On 1 September 2025, the Law of Ukraine “On Lobbying” No. 3606-IX came into force, marking an important step in regulating lobbying activities and ensuring ethical interaction between business and public authorities. From this date, any lobbying activity is only possible after prior registration in the Transparency Register of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention. The European Business Association was registered as a lobbying entity on the very first day of the Register’s operation. Currently, 30 EBA employees have been included in the NACP Transparency Register as lobbyists. It is worth recalling that the EBA operates a Committee on Lobbying and Transparent Policies, which aims to bring together lobbying professionals, GR specialists, lawyers, and others to exchange experience in transparent interaction with public authorities, as well as to develop and implement initiatives that enhance transparency and accountability in business. To help companies navigate the requirements of the new lobbying legislation, experts of the Committee have prepared recommendations for businesses on how to prepare for compliance with the Law. Our team will continue working to improve the conditions for doing business in Ukraine and to protect the legitimate interests of member companies, now as officially registered lobbyists.
