Intellectual fashion and social responsibility: results of the ESG Hub and HR Committee meeting

  On 16 December, the ESG Hub and the HR Committee of the European Business Association held a joint meeting dedicated to the topic “Intellectual Fashion as a Corporate Socially Responsible Trend.” The topic was explored with the support of Yuliya Perekriostova, designer and founder of the JULIYA KROS brand, and Olena Fil, co-owner of JULIYA KROS, strategic partner for business development and corporate social responsibility, and PhD in Economic Psychology. The JULIYA KROS clothing collections embody profound social and philosophical ideas. The brand challenges boundaries by placing inclusivity and accessibility at the centre of its approach, using Japanese pattern-making methodologies and transformable garments. During the meeting, the speakers introduced participants to the brand’s philosophy and concept, demonstrated how an inclusive approach to design is implemented through JULIYA KROS garments, and shared insights into their initiatives and projects. The EBA thanks the speakers and all participants for the engaging discussion. We look forward to welcoming everyone to future ESG Hub and HR Committee events in 2026!
