INTEGRITES to advise the Supervisory Board of NPC Ukrenergo

INTEGRITES will act as a legal counsel to the National Power Company Ukrenergo on the matters related to the activities of the supervisory board of the company and its committees. The appointment followed a public procurement tender conducted via the Prozorro platform in May 2025. Upon supervisory board’s requests, INTEGRITES will provide comprehensive advice on the issues of the Ukrainian corporate, employment, regulatory, contract, and energy law, as well as on the corporate governance, compliance, risk management and other operational matters.   Managed by the Senior Partner Illya Tkachuk, the team to advise NPC Ukrenergo will include practitioners from the Corporate and M&A, Employment, Banking and Finance, and Energy teams.
