We encounter situations every day where knowing how to respond correctly is essential — whether in communication with law enforcement, employers, or service providers. This is especially true for those who run a business or hold a public position, as crises often arise unexpectedly — and your ability to respond determines how quickly you can overcome them. EBA Management Development Centre Team, together with the Vidar Law Firm, invite you to take part in the new Training: Legal Security: How to Protect Your Business and Yourself. By the end of the training, you will be able to: Gain first-hand experience of how to respond to a search: what actions to take, what to try to stop or contain, and how to record violations. Develop communication and coordination skills between different functions (lawyers, HR, PR, finance, etc.) in a crisis situation. Analyze aspects of criminal, corporate, and media risks that may arise during internal or corporate conflicts. Obtain clear action algorithms for different stages of a crisis (day 0, first week, first months). After the simulation part — take part in an in-depth case debrief with experts to reinforce the right approaches for the future. Target audience: managers, HR specialists, experts, CEO, team leaders, and anyone who wants to feel confident when interacting with state authorities, employers, or in everyday life.
