  Online-Development Programme on Project Management. Date: 04 February2026. Time: 10:00 14:00. Language: Ukrainian. The program is based on classical approaches to project management using the “waterfall model”. As part of the training, students will be able to model their project and go through the process from initiation to project closure. The learning process will take place in small teams with cross-debate and project defense.  TARGET AUDIENCE:  Beginner project managers, for knowledge structuring.  Experienced project managers who need to increase their knowledge base, methods and approaches to project management.  Managers/supervisors who want to use a project approach in their work.  FORMAT: 4 online days from 10:00 to 14:00.  PROGRAM  Module 1. Context and fundamental principles of project management - February 4  Goal: to understand the logic of the emergence of projects, their place in the business environment and basic management principles. 1.1. Introduction  Global studies by PMI, Standish Group, World Bank.  Why projects are a tool for implementing change.  Project management and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.  1.2. What is a project  The difference between a process, a task and a project.  Business need, justification of value.  Cynefin decision-making model.  Product life cycle and the place of the project.  Exercise: 5 WHY?.  1.3. Fundamental principles of projects  Triple constraint (time-cost-quality).  Main roles in the project.  Teamwork, interaction, responsibility.  PMI talent triangle.  Exercise: “My project and roles”.  1.4. Lean Canvas as a tool for startups  Purpose of Lean Canvas.  What questions does it help to ask (problem, solution, customer, value).  1.5. Final discussion of the day  What discoveries did the participant make.  What is “project value” and how to describe it.  Module 2. Stakeholder, Content and Quality Management - February 5 Goal: to learn how to identify stakeholders, formulate requirements and control quality.  2.1. Stakeholder Management  Identification, classification, impact analysis.  Impact / interest matrix.  Project charter.  Exercise: “Stakeholder Matrix”. 2.2. Content Management  How to collect requirements.  User story, MVP.  Hierarchical work breakdown structure (WBS).  Formulation of tasks.  Exercise: “Work structure of my project”. 2.3. Quality Management  The concept of quality.  Cause-and-effect diagrams, checklists, Pareto rule.  Exercise: “Quality checklist”.  2.4. Summary of the day  Key insights. How quality is related to value.  Module 3. Managing deadlines, costs and risks - February 11 Goal: learn how to plan the time, financial and risk parameters of a project.  3.1. Managing deadlines  Principles of planning and logical sequence.  Duration estimation (three-point method).  Critical path.  Exercise: “Project schedule plan”. 3.2. Cost management  Budget estimation.  Major cost items Progress control (EVA).  Exercise: “My project budget”.  3.3. Risk management  Risk identification.  Qualitative analysis (impact, probability).  Response plan.  Exercise: “Risk register”.  3.4. Summary of the day.  How deadlines, costs and risks are interconnected.  Module 4. Communications, team, procurement and project closure - February 12  Goal: integrate all management elements, prepare a final report.  4.1. Communications Management  Channels, Noise, Message Effectiveness.  RACI Matrix.  Exercise: “RACI Responsibility Matrix”.  4.2. Human Resources Management.  Team Types, Roles, Motivation.  Stress and Demotivation Factors.  Exercise: “My Role in the Team” Test (Belbin Adaptation).  4.3. Procurement Management  Procurement Planning.  Terms of Reference.  Procurement Risks.  Exercise: “Terms of Reference (TOR)”.  4.4.
