The EBA Management Development Centre Team invites you to join the second stream of the Online-Development Programme “Data Science: How to Effectively Use Data for Business Management” — this is an intensive course that will help you master the features of data analysis and the application of machine learning methods and Data Science for business. The program is designed for those who seek to increase business efficiency by switching to substantiated data-based solutions.  A feature of the course is the harmonious combination of theoretical foundations with practical tasks, which allows participants to immediately apply the knowledge gained in their work.  Why to choose this program? How are they related to artificial intelligence?  Main directions and applications.  Defining business problems and approaches to solving them using Data Science, machine learning and AI. Data Science project: main stages and participants.  Module 2. Data visualization and development of interactive dashboards:  Block 2.1 — 08.09.2026  Using visualization tools for data analytics.  Storytelling with data: how to tell a good story from data.  Building interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI: basic capabilities.  Block 2.2 — 09.09.2026  Advanced dashboard building capabilities in Power BI: DAX functions, configuring complex relationships and visualizations.  Module 3. Regression data analysis  Block 3.1 — 15.09.2026  Analysis of trends, correlations, dependencies in data and basic statistical indicators.  Modeling and forecasting using regressions. Their types and application features.  Assessment of model quality and their optimization. Block 3.2 — 17.09.2026  Construction of regression models, determination of the influence of factors and calculation of forecasts in Excel and R-Studio.  Module 4. Classification and associative rules — 22.09.2026  Classification: basic algorithms and their applications (logistic regression, decision trees, etc.).  Method of constructing associative rules for market basket analysis.  Module 5. Kohonen Clustering and Neural Networks — 24.09.2026  Clustering: object grouping methods (K-means, hierarchical clustering, etc.).  Kohonen maps as a tool for customer segmentation.  Module 6. Complex Data Science methods and artificial intelligence — 29.09.2026 Neural networks. Ensemble models.  Genetic algorithms.  Materials that will be provided to participants: presentations,module recordings with access for 3 months.  After successfully completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion of the Online Development Program. Speakers.
