EBA Expert Talk with Arzinger in Kharkiv

Ukraine is on the verge of significant legislative changes. The adoption of the Draft Law #1210 foresees large-scale amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine. The preparation process of this Draft Law to the second reading demands thorough study, broad discussion and active position of the business community. The participants of the meeting together with Denis Siiushov, Senior Associate, Attorney-at-Law of Arzinger Law Firm, discussed the proposed amendments to the transfer pricing rules, algorithm of determining a reasonable economic cause (business purpose), constructive dividends, etc. The attendees were also introduced to the provisions of the recently adopted Law of Ukraine on Financial Monitoring.
