BDO in Ukraine: BDO Global Natural Resources Group Meeting – Energy Transition and International Collaboration

35 members of the global BDO team on Natural Resources & Energy gathered at the iconic Hotel New York in Rotterdam to discuss the future of the energy transition, innovation, and international cooperation. The event was held under the slogan: “Unlocking the Potential of the Energy Transition through Global Teamwork and Client Engagement”. Participants joined interactive sessions, exchanged ideas with BDO experts in tax, audit, sustainability, and infrastructure, and also took a boat tour of Maasvlakte, the heart of the port, where energy and infrastructure come together in action. The event emphasized the importance of knowledge sharing, creative collaboration, and identifying new opportunities for global growth. Special attention was given to emerging markets, particularly in Africa and Latin America, which offer promising prospects for scaling energy solutions. The future goal of the global BDO team is to develop practical, profitable solutions that will contribute to a lasting impact on the industry and strengthen international cooperation within the BDO network.
