ADVANQ Secured Two Victories before the Supreme Court

The ADVANQ team successfully defended the interests of two food suppliers in disputes with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. In 2022, the companies delivered food products ordered by the Ministry of Defense. The deliveries were made on time, within the contractual deadlines, and the goods of proper quality were accepted without any objections. However, two years later, the Ministry of Defense filed lawsuits totaling about UAH 15 million, demanding penalties and replacement of allegedly substandard goods. The ADVANQ team proved in courts of all three instances that the claims were unfounded because: the lawsuits were filed after the warranty periods had expired; the quality inspections were conducted in violation of the established procedure. The cases were complex—there was even a separate opinion from the presiding judge—but the final rulings were made in favor of our clients.
