Requirements:

• Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university (LL.M degree is an advantage);
• Professional fluency in English and Ukrainian is a must;
• Attorney license (is an advantage);
• 3 years’ practical experience in handling real estate cases, gained in a reputable law firm;
• Strong skills in legal analysis and preparation of legal documents;
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work in multitasking environment;
• High level of commercial and business awareness;
• Confidence in making professional decisions, focus on client service;
• Ambitious, proactive and results-oriented approach to client work and career development.

Responsibiities:

• Providing legal assistance and advice on any transactions involving real estate, assets, and investments in them;
• Preparing procedural documents, contracts, legal opinions, memorandums, and other legal documents;
• Conducting legal audits and legal analysis in the field of real estate and investments, structuring and presenting research results;
• Resolving all issues related to the registration of rights to real estate, as well as its encumbrances (mortgage) or foreclosure;
• Legal knowledge development and sharing (internal and external events, legal and business media).
