How to restore faith and inspiration in teams living and working in wartime? The EBA Management Development Centre Team invites you to join the new Online Development Program with Team Wellbeing: Tools for Working with Emotion and will.  This program is about humanity in action. About how to work with emotions, losses and fatigue, without losing the ability to act, sympathize and inspire. We will learn to combine professionalism and warmth, stability and flexibility - creating a working environment where people feel not only safety, but also meaning.  Target audience: HR, line managers, team managers, wellbeing and internal communications specialists.  FORMAT:  Online program  3 modules: theory + practical tools + analysis of cases of Ukrainian companies.  1 workshop: live exercises, modeling of complex communication situations, role-playing practices.  Additional materials for implementation in your teams.  Why choose this program? You will learn about:  how to support a team in a state of exhaustion, anxiety, loss and other challenges of war.  emotional resilience: how to develop and support it, cultivate it in colleagues.  how to work with anxiety, apathy and guilt in a team.  the language of empathy: how to speak to reduce tension.  the culture of psychological safety: practical tools for HR and leaders.  support algorithms in crisis situations.  how to return faith, energy and inspiration to the team (we will analyze the practices of Ukrainian companies during the war).  After the program, participants: Will receive clear algorithms for actions in complex emotional situations.  Will learn to notice early signals of exhaustion in themselves and their team.  Will master the practices of supporting wellbeing in everyday work.  Will develop a culture of psychological safety in their teams.  Will be able to return meaning, faith and inspiration to the team, even in the most difficult moments.  Will strengthen their own emotional resilience and inner will to act.  PROGRAM  Module 1. Team Psychology during War and Prolonged Stress Factors — March 3   What Happens to Motivation and Willpower in Conditions of Prolonged War.  About the Emotional States of Ukrainian Teams: - Getting Used to Stress, but Maintaining a Level of Uncertainty  - Exhaustion of Defense Mechanisms  - Dynamics of Aggressive Experiences  - Differences in Experience  - Adaptation to New Realities, Attempting to “Put Order in Place”  - Changing Values, Adjusting Values to Choice  - Loss and Grief (as a Regular Process)  - Revision/Search for Points of Support  What Happens to Motivation and Willpower during a Prolonged Crisis.  Typical Mistakes of Leaders in Working with the Psychological Climate in Teams.  Stress Management at the Personal, Team, and Organizational Levels.  Module 2. Working with the Most Common Mental States for Leaders at the Individual, Team, and Organizational Levels. Building psychological safety —  March 5  Working with anxiety, perceived stress, anger, apathy, etc.  Tools for brief interventions “here and now”.  How to conduct conversations when a person “cannot stand it”. Support algorithms in crisis situations.  How HR and managers can influence the emotional climate during war.  The boundary of responsibility of HR and managers: where is support, and where are boundaries.  Module 3. Burnout and resilience practices at the level of teams and organizations resilience — March 10  Burnout — understanding the nature and mechanisms of work for leaders.  Micro-practices of self-regulation that really work in the office and remotely.  How to cultivate resilience in a team without toxic optimism.  What is resilience and adaptability and how to develop them.  Module 4. Systemic work with wellbeing – a practical dimension for leaders and HR (Workshop) — March 12  What does wellbeing consist of (well-being in an organization).  Classical and Ukrainian models of mental health support.  How to build a support program, especially in wartime: protocols, rules, rituals.  Workshop: work on building a systemic support program. Participants will together develop measures to build a set of measures aimed at improving engagement and supporting the mental health of the team.  After successfully completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion of the Online Development Program.   Speakers.
