Who are the leaders for sustainable development in Ukraine? What is their progress in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals and which activities have defined their leadership position?\u00a0 At the<\/strong> EBA Sustainable Development Day<\/strong>, you will learn answers to these questions and more.<\/p>\n

The CEOs of Ukraine’s largest budget-generating enterprises together with representatives of the European Union, the relevant ministries, MPs, as well as international experts from UNDP and the UN Global Compact, will gather to discuss the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The EBA Sustainable Development Index<\/strong> will be presented for the first time at the event. This is a new expert study conducted by the European Business Association together with Naftogaz Ukraine and Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.<\/p>\n

Event participants will learn about the most relevant areas of sustainable development for each industry, the must-have sustainable practices for business, and the initiatives in progress, as well as mechanisms that will help companies improve their performance in sustainability.<\/p>\n

Besides, EBA member companies will present their best sustainability projects while government officials will update us on legislative initiatives that foster sustainable development of both business and the state.<\/p>\n

The event is scheduled for November 11, 13:00,<\/strong> and will take place at the Hyatt Regency Kyiv (5, Alla Tarasova Street).<\/p>\n
