Over nearly four years of Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion, Ukrainians have transformed the rules of warfare. The experience gained by Ukraine\u2019s Defense Forces since 2022 has made the Ukrainian army one of the most technologically advanced in the use of drones, electronic warfare, and network-centric solutions. To document these changes, military personnel, engineers, weapons manufacturers, experts, and decision-makers will gather in Kyiv on 27 February<\/strong> 2026 for Ukrainska Pravda\u2019s annual conference \u201c<\/span>War 2026. People vs Machines<\/span><\/a>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n As part of the programme, <\/span>Arsen Zhumadilov<\/b>, Director of the Ministry of Defence\u2019s Defence Procurement Agency, will discuss the agency\u2019s work in a conversation with Sev\u011fil Musaieva. Officers of the <\/span>3rd Army Corps and the 13th Khartiia Brigade<\/b> of the National Guard of Ukraine will speak about preparations for comprehensive changes within the defence forces.<\/span><\/p>\n Borys Martynenko<\/b>, entrepreneur and the first commander of the 14th Separate Unmanned Systems Regiment, will explain how deep strike drones have changed the course of the war. Representatives of the <\/span>12th Azov Brigade<\/b> of the National Guard of Ukraine will share their experience in recruitment. Participants will also have an opportunity to engage with representatives of Ukrainian drone manufacturing companies.<\/span><\/p>\n Assessments of the fourth year of Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion of Ukraine will be presented by US Army General <\/span>Wesley Clark<\/b>, former Supreme Allied Commander Europe (1997\u20132000) and <\/span>Michael Kofman <\/b>(USA), a military expert, American defence analyst and Senior Fellow at the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA).<\/span><\/p>\n
