In particular, member companies of the EBA drew attention to systemic cases where customs authorities require declarations of conformity for individual components or spare parts that form part of finished products or are imported for servicing or warranty purposes and therefore do not have separate declarations of conformity with technical regulation requirements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1161\">Business representatives emphasised that such practices create legal uncertainty, complicate customs procedures, and may lead to delays in the supply of goods.
