In particular, the Committee emphasised the need to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"798\">include in the Plan the requirements of the Technical Regulation on the ecodesign of water heaters and hot water storage tanks, in view of the entry into force of new NOx emission requirements;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"798\">clarify approaches to state market surveillance of cables and other electric conductors in order to avoid the application of technical regulations to products to which they do not actually apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1497\">Following the review of the EBA submission, the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection officially confirmed that the proposals had been taken into account. In particular, the relevant amendments were introduced to the Sectoral State Market Surveillance Plan for 2026, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1497\">the inclusion of \u201cwater heaters and hot water storage tanks\u201d in the Plan;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1497\">revision of paragraph 2 of Section 2 of the Plan concerning cables and other electric conductors (excluding coaxial cables).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1812\">The final version of the Sectoral State Market Surveillance Plan for 2026 is available via <a href=\"https:\/\/dpss.gov.ua\/storage\/app\/sites\/12\/uploaded-files\/dodatok-sektoralnii-plan-na-2026-rik-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the relevant link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1814\" data-end=\"2205\">The EBA thanks the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection for its openness to dialogue and for taking into account the position of the business community during the development of planning documents.
