The relevant Resolution No. 1598, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.kmu.gov.ua%2Fnpas%2Fpro-1598-051225&amp;data=05%7C02%7CValeriia.Diachok%40new.eba.com.ua%7C1f75e90551594121e2fb08de364a9bcb%7C92456a16661b498eadd5e224c7dd6afa%7C0%7C0%7C639007891232456706%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=rmh8b24duWF7RXEQeSwGQ6gfYMkB2ixxbZ9MdZ%2FRzok%3D&amp;reserved=0\">On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 539 of 10 May 2024 and No. 847 of 23 July 2024<\/a>\u201d, was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 5 December.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"793\">This important regulatory act introduces a number of changes that provide businesses with additional time to transition to the new standards, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"793\">The possibility of circulating, for one more year, chemical products that were already on the market before the CLP regulation entered into force;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"793\">Postponement of the CLP regulation requirements until 15 November 2027 for chemical substances, and until 1 May 2028 for mixtures;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"793\">Extension of the deadlines for the pre-registration of substances and subsequent registration stages in accordance with the requirements of the REACH regulation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1822\">The EBA Subcommittee on Chemical Safety has consistently and actively advocated for these changes in its positions and <a href=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/eva-zaklykaye-vidterminuvaty-nove-regulyuvannya-obigu-himichnyh-rechovyn\/\">publications<\/a>, and submitted relevant proposals to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
