In particular, business representatives expressed serious concerns about disproportionate fines compared to the nature of violations during transportation. For example, penalties imposed for technical errors in data entry or interruptions of the GPS signal during and prior to transportation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"1038\">The EBA has already appealed to the Polish Government and the European Commission regarding the need to reduce the size of fines and adjust the system\u2019s rules, taking into account practical situations faced by Ukrainian carriers. However, a comprehensive solution has not yet been adopted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1237\">As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on business support for Draft Law No. 13577, aimed at mirroring increased liability for Polish carriers operating on the territory of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1342\">We thank the Ministry for its dialogue and attention to the issues concerning the business community!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Logistics Committee of the European Business Association met with the team of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
