On 18 September, the HR Committee and the ESG Hub of the European Business Association visited Bolt.<\/p>\n

Bolt representatives shared their HR and ESG practices with participants. In particular, the discussion focused on approaches to recruitment, onboarding, development, employee well-being, and the company\u2019s DE&I concept. Bolt also spoke about creating the best workplace experience for employees through a comfortable office, shared team traditions, and an inspiring community.<\/p>\n

In addition, participants had the opportunity to learn more about Bolt\u2019s initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality, specifically the Women for Women programme and its impact on the market.
