This decision represents an important step towards the modernisation and structuring of strategic subsoil use.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"607\"><strong>Resolution No. 845 approves:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lists of minerals and components of strategic and critical importance;<\/li>\n<li>Lists of mineral deposits of strategic and\/or critical importance that will be made available for use through auctions or production sharing agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"1385\">The business community views the adoption of this Resolution positively, as the approval of these lists is essential for defining the state\u2019s raw materials security policy priorities. Moreover, it creates favourable conditions for attracting investment into the subsoil use sector, increasing state budget revenues from the sale of special permits, developing both the extractive industry and high-tech sectors, and reducing dependency on imported raw materials for strategically important areas of the economy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1444\">The approval of these lists also lays the foundation for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joint projects with the European Union within the framework of strategic partnership;<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing transparency and efficiency in the governance of natural resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1790\">The \u0415\u0412\u0410 stands ready to continue its dialogue with the Government to jointly develop a modern, open, and investment-friendly subsoil use sector in Ukraine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Business Association expresses its appreciation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, and the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine for the adoption of Resolution No. 845 dated 14 July 2025.
