The event, titled &#8220;She Leads: A Corporate Program for Women&#8221;, brought together members of the business community for an interactive discussion on the opportunities for advancing women\u2019s leadership in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"861\">The session was moderated by <strong>Yuliia Tiroshko, Sustainability Manager at Bayer Ukraine<\/strong>. Guest speakers <strong>Yuliia Malich and Alesya Stokovska, co-founders of the women\u2019s leadership program &#8220;Prosebe&#8221;<\/strong>, shared insights on gender equality in the workplace and the impact of current socio-economic conditions on women\u2019s career development.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"1060\">During the event, participants explored how building a leadership pipeline influences company performance, and what strategies help overcome barriers and foster leadership competencies among women.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1244\">Attendees actively engaged in the discussion, addressing key challenges women face in business \u2014 including societal biases and organisational barriers that hinder career advancement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1570\">The event also featured a presentation of the &#8220;She Leads&#8221; programme \u2014 a comprehensive initiative aimed at developing women\u2019s leadership potential.
