{"id":789525,"date":"2025-06-10T09:56:02","date_gmt":"2025-06-10T06:56:02","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-06-10T09:56:02","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T06:56:02","slug":"ogoloshennya-pro-poshuk-yurydychnogo-partnera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/ogoloshennya-pro-poshuk-yurydychnogo-partnera\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement of a search for a legal partner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Established in February 2020, the <a href=\"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/comitet\/komitet-promyslovoyi-ekologiyi-ta-stalogo-rozvytku\/\">Industrial Ecology and Sustainable Development Committee of the European Business Association<\/a> (hereinafter \u2013 the Committee) announces a search for a <strong>legal partner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"253\" data-end=\"276\"><strong>What do we require?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"1005\">\n<li data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"497\"><strong>Analysis of new and existing draft legislative acts<\/strong> in response to relevant requests from the Committee, as well as assistance in preparing the Committee\u2019s official positions on legislative and regulatory initiatives;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"749\"><strong>Provision of legal advice<\/strong> in response to specific requests from the Committee concerning particular provisions of existing or future legislation, including their impact on the metallurgical, construction, and agricultural sectors and market players;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"812\"><strong>Legal support<\/strong> during regular and special Committee meetings;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"812\"><strong>Assistance in drafting legislative initiatives<\/strong> or amendments to existing legal acts, as well as support in developing effective mechanisms for achieving the Committee\u2019s goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1055\"><strong>What requirements should the candidate meet?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1565\">\n<li data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1100\">High quality of services and client care;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1133\">Adherence to agreed deadlines;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1211\">The company must not be declared bankrupt or in the process of liquidation;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1354\">The company must have experience in analysing legislative acts and drafting proposals for their improvement (documentary evidence required);<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1565\">The company must have experience working with international projects and organisations or governmental bodies on the reform of Ukrainian legislation, both at the development stage and during advocacy efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1607\"><strong>Information about the candidate can be in any form.
