{"id":789431,"date":"2025-03-19T17:35:56","date_gmt":"2025-03-19T15:35:56","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-03-19T17:36:35","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T15:36:35","slug":"prodovzheno-stroky-vykonannya-robit-i-doslidzhen-iz-geologichnogo-vyvchennya-nadr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/prodovzheno-stroky-vykonannya-robit-i-doslidzhen-iz-geologichnogo-vyvchennya-nadr\/","title":{"rendered":"Deadlines for geological study works and research extended"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"70\" data-end=\"323\">The business community welcomes the amendments to Order No. 263, \u201cOn Approval of the Procedure for State Registration of Works and Research Related to Geological Study of Subsoil,\u201d dated 14 June 2013, which came into effect on 14 February this year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"325\" data-end=\"814\">The amendments allow for the automatic extension of registered geological study works and research (GSR), provided their term expired during martial law. This also applies to GSR projects that were valid at the time martial law was introduced. The extension occurs automatically, without additional decisions from the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine (Derzhheonadra), and remains in effect for the duration of martial law and an additional 3\/6 months after its conclusion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1157\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The EBA Subsoil Use Committee had previously emphasised the need for these amendments to Order No. 263, as they help eliminate the risk of ambiguous legal interpretations regarding GSR deadline extensions.
