Last week, the European Business Association\u2019s Health Care Committee met with representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control. The discussion focused on the issue of the simultaneous validity of two marketing authorisations for a medicinal product. The dialogue centred around differing interpretations of the legislative provision allowing for the concurrent validity of two marketing authorisations during state control procedures.<\/p>\n

Please note for the planning of production processes that, during the meeting, Ministry of Health representatives announced the upcoming cancellation of the automatic extension of marketing authorisations. This provision, introduced in April 2022 and applicable during the period of martial law, will soon be revoked.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
