During the session, representatives of the \u0415\u0412\u0410\u2019s member companies approved the committee\u2019s priorities for 2025, received updates on the current status of its initiatives, and discussed business community position papers and planned next steps, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"808\">\n<li data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"532\">The pressing need for foreign exchange liberalisation;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"644\">Business expectations regarding the adoption of Draft Law No. 12372 &#8220;On the War Risk Insurance System&#8221;;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"710\">Regulatory requirements for the non-banking financial sector;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"808\">Discussions with the Government on finding a balanced model for the country\u2019s pension system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1279\">As a result of the discussions, participants agreed to propose that the National Bank of Ukraine consider developing a detailed roadmap for lifting foreign exchange restrictions, similar to the one implemented before 24 February 2022. Additionally, they planned to conduct a quick survey on businesses&#8217; needs for war risk insurance and existing obstacles, as well as the third phase of the survey on the current needs of businesses in foreign exchange liberalisation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1386\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">We sincerely thank all participants for their engagement and active contribution to the Committee\u2019s work.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 25 February, a meeting of the Currency Regulation and Financial Services Committee took place.
