The Health \u0421are Committee of the European Business Association met with consultants from the European Commission’s Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority (HERA). The discussion focused on the issue of medicine shortages, particularly generic drugs, in European Union countries and assessing the readiness of Ukrainian manufacturers to enter European markets. Topics also included the harmonization of Ukrainian and European regulations in the pharmaceutical market, mutual recognition of GMP certificates, and the alignment of the Bolar provision in Ukraine with European practices.<\/p>\n
