On November 21, a meeting was held between the EBA Animal Health Committee and Serhii Tkachuk, Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, along with his team.<\/p>\n

Participants discussed the implementation of the new Veterinary Medicine Law, the plans and priorities of the State Service, the issue of antimicrobial resistance, and updates on the electronic registry and e-prescriptions in veterinary medicine.<\/p>\n

Business representatives also emphasized the importance of harmonizing Ukraine\u2019s veterinary legislation with EU regulations and developing animal disease monitoring programs.<\/p>\n
