The STS team outlined the project&#8217;s benefits, including a moratorium on inspections, shorter VAT refund periods, and the opportunity to access a personal compliance manager. Additionally, the STS highlighted the creation of a dedicated platform &#8220;Territory of High Tax Trust,&#8221; which will enable businesses to check compliance with criteria, review requirements, and receive personalised consultations.<\/p>\n<p>The EBA welcomes the STS&#8217;s efforts to make tax conditions more business-friendly, as the development of a service-oriented tax authority is key to effective collaboration. We hope these initiatives will be successfully implemented in practice, creating a transparent and predictable environment for entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
