On October 30, Members of Parliament rejected draft law No. 11431, \u201cOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Regulation of State Supervision in the Field of Electronic Communications and the Operational Assurance of Electronic Communications Network Sustainability.\u201d<\/p>\n

This draft law proposed significant changes to the inspection procedures and imposed additional fines on telecom operators during martial law.<\/p>\n

The European Business Association welcomes the Verkhovna Rada\u2019s decision to reject draft law No. 11431. We thank Members of Parliament, especially Yaroslav Zhelezniak, for their proactive stance and attention to the business community’s recommendations.<\/p>\n
