We are grateful for the insightful expert discussion, particularly on the problematic cases of appealing tax audit decisions and the challenges related to the enforcement of Supreme Court rulings by tax authorities. We hope that the conclusions and recommendations submitted to the Government by business associations and the Business Ombudsman Council will be considered to reform outdated and ineffective practices, especially in the tax service.
