On July 3, 2024, the Regulator (N<\/span>EURC<\/span>) by its decision dated July 3, 2024 approved UE<\/span>EX<\/span> LLC as a data trans<\/span>mission<\/span> administrator (D<\/span>T<\/span>A).<\/span> The company is starting to provide a new <\/span>DTA<\/span> service for participants of the wholesale energy market regarding the collection, aggregation and provision of information to the N<\/span>EURC<\/span> on the economic and trade operations performed related to wholesale energy products.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span> The Data Trans<\/span>mission<\/span> Administrator Platform (<\/span>DTA <\/span>UEEX) will ensure the exchange of information between wholesale energy market participants and the Regulator within the framework of national REMIT legislation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Reporting within the framework of REMIT will ensure effective monitoring of the market on the part of NE<\/span>URC<\/span>, improve the transparency of the wholesale energy market of Ukraine and increase confidence <\/span>o<\/span>n the market of investors and consumers. <\/span>DTA<\/span> UEEX will be responsible for collecting, aggregating and reporting to the Regulator, ensuring the quality and reliability of the information transmission service.<\/span> The tasks of the <\/span>DTA<\/span> are similar to the tasks of the RRM (Regulatory Reporting Mechanism) in European markets, which transfer REMIT reporting to ACER.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n DTA<\/span> UEEX offers a convenient and reliable data exchange service that increases the transparency and efficiency of market processes. The platform provides the availability of a full range of\u00a0 services regarding information reporting, both for clients of the exchange and for other participants <\/span>o<\/span>n the electri<\/span>city <\/span>and natural gas market.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>DTA<\/span> UEEX information platform provides the possibility of reporting within the framework of REMIT to the N<\/span>EURC<\/span> in accordance with the Resolution of the <\/span>N<\/span>EURC<\/span> No. 618<\/span><\/a> on the following types of data:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In order to receive <\/span>DTA<\/span> UEEX services, participants of the wholesale energy market must fill out an electronic questionnaire and pass the appropriate accreditation to sign a public offer <\/span>agreement<\/span> for the provision of <\/span>DTA<\/span> services with UE<\/span>EX<\/span> LLC.
