{"id":789092,"date":"2024-06-05T09:46:22","date_gmt":"2024-06-05T06:46:22","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2024-06-05T09:54:00","modified_gmt":"2024-06-05T06:54:00","slug":"biznesu-prodovzhyly-sproshhene-otrymannya-dozvolu-u-sferi-vidhodiv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/biznesu-prodovzhyly-sproshhene-otrymannya-dozvolu-u-sferi-vidhodiv\/","title":{"rendered":"Simplified permitting in the field of waste was extended for businesses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On June 4, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved amendments to CMU Resolution No. 1137 of October 31, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the validity of declarations submitted by business entities on the conduct of economic activities for waste treatment operations was extended for four calendar months.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Register of Permits for Waste Treatment Operations, only 23 companies have received such a permit, although thousands of companies across the country potentially need one.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to today&#8217;s changes, companies have until October 9 to collect all the documents and obtain a permit for waste treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The EBA appealed to the Ministry of Ecology and the Ministry of Economy with a corresponding request and thanks for supporting business in this difficult time.
