Law Firm experts <em><strong>Kateryna Zaslavska, Director of the Kyiv Office<\/strong><\/em>, and <em><strong>Oleksiy Golovin, a lawyer<\/strong><\/em>, were the speakers in the event.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions addressed the different categories of \u00a0&#8220;problem employees&#8221; and the impact on business resulting from their activity, how to act in a situation with a problem employee, and how to minimize the harm from &#8220;toxic&#8221; workers activity.<\/p>\n<p>During the online meeting, we received valuable advice on methods of how to effectively work with difficult workers following the current needs of business and the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>We are sincerely grateful to the speakers and participants.
