During the meeting the following issues were discussed:<\/p>\n

  1. The Ministry of Finance requires disclosure of the legal entities\u2019 ownership structure.<\/li>\n
  2. “Google Tax” – how it will affect the supply \/ purchase of electronic services in Ukraine.<\/li>\n
  3. Fiscal amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the tax losses write-off and the abolition of VAT exemptions.<\/li>\n
  4. The practice of responding to inquiries from the Tax Service 2020-2021.<\/li>\n
  5. A new procedure for applying fines for violations of currency legislation.<\/li>\n
  6. Revision of VAT rates on transactions with agricultural products<\/li>\n
  7. Explanatory and judicial practice for May 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
