Tetyana Samoilenko, Deputy Head of the Northern Inter-regional Department of the State Tax Service for Work with Large Taxpayers<\/strong><\/em>, joined in the Tax-Financial Committee meeting.<\/p>\n

Ms Tetyana informed the audience about the most common grounds for sending inquiries to taxpayers and the typical instigating violations. She also noted that this year the Department will conduct tax inspections according to the 2021 schedule.<\/p>\n

Experts of Crowe Mikhailenko Vitaliy Smerdov<\/em><\/strong>, Head of the Committee<\/strong><\/em>, and Konyul Hasanova<\/em> <\/strong>reviewed the latest legislative changes on taxation. Particular attention was paid to the issues of tax registration for non-residents operating in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The speakers updated the attendees on the current business related case laws and ways to reduce tax liabilities in some instances.<\/p>\n
