{"id":788541,"date":"2022-09-23T11:23:13","date_gmt":"2022-09-23T08:23:13","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2022-09-23T12:37:17","modified_gmt":"2022-09-23T09:37:17","slug":"biznes-obgovoryv-z-ofisom-prezydenta-podatkovu-reformu-10-10-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/biznes-obgovoryv-z-ofisom-prezydenta-podatkovu-reformu-10-10-10\/","title":{"rendered":"Business discussed the &#8220;10-10-10&#8221; tax reform with the Office of the President"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On September 22, the European Business Association held a meeting with Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Rostyslav Shurma to discuss the concept and details of the &#8220;10-10-10&#8221; tax reform.<\/p>\n<p>According to the authors of this reform, having higher rates than neighboring countries, as well as a tradition of tax optimization and an incorrect tax architecture, as a result, Ukraine has a lower investment attractiveness and a slow pace of economic development. Moreover, the excessively high rate of labor taxation leads to the fact that about 85% of employers optimize payroll taxes in one way or another.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, under this reform, the state offers reasonably low taxes, while business undertakes the obligation to pay taxes on time and in full and pay white wages.<\/p>\n<p>We are grateful to Mr. Shurma and his colleagues for presenting and discussing this initiative.
