At the same time, the draft law provides for the cancellation of the mobilization task for reservation.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, it will be possible for a business to make a reservation without a mobilization task if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>this is a company, institution, or organization that is critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in wartime. The criteria for the classification as the critical business will be established by the CMU Order;<\/li>\n<li>this is a company, institution, or organization that produces goods, performs work, and provides defense services to meet the needs of the army.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The European Business Association welcomes this draft law and calls on the MPs to adopt the draft law as a whole promptly, because, as the community has repeatedly emphasized, the issue of reservations is extremely important for the continuation of business and the economy in general. And since the existence of mobilization tasks showed their inefficiency and since May, the reservation procedure actually stopped, one of the proposals of the business was the cancellation of mobilization tasks.
