{"id":788526,"date":"2022-09-01T08:35:30","date_gmt":"2022-09-01T05:35:30","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2022-09-01T09:42:42","modified_gmt":"2022-09-01T06:42:42","slug":"asotsiatsiya-zapustyla-komitet-nadrokorystuvannya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/asotsiatsiya-zapustyla-komitet-nadrokorystuvannya\/","title":{"rendered":"The EBA has launched the Subsoil Use Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The European Business Association informs that the Subsoil Use Committee has started its work on the EBA platform.<\/p>\n<p>The key goal of the Committee is to unite subsoil users, form a high-quality dialogue between all subsoil users and state authorities, exchange information, and protect the interests of transparent business.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the Committee brings together mining companies, professional advisors in subsoil use, and businesses that share a common vision of making this sector of the Ukrainian economy attractive for investments.<\/p>\n<p>The Committee has outlined its work priorities, namely:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>preparation of expert materials on priority areas and ways to effectively reform subsoil use procedures and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>active participation in the development of the legislative framework in the area of subsoil use;<\/li>\n<li>harmonization of subsoil use legislation with EU norms and standards based on global experience;<\/li>\n<li>effective dialogue with authorities to improve transparency and clarity of state policy in subsoil use;<\/li>\n<li>search for potential partners both in Ukraine and abroad to transform subsoil use into an investment-attractive sector of the Ukrainian economy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Committee representatives have already elected the Chairman.
