These include the rule of law, equality before the law, impartiality, openness, timeliness, and efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Besides, draft law \u21163475 proposes to determine the status of the administrative body, as well as the composition and status of participants in administrative proceedings, their rights, and responsibilities, etc. Another novelty is the regulation of the succession mechanism of administrative bodies which is extremely important both for businesses and for citizens who receive certain administrative services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The European Business Association has always supported the need to improve the procedures of public administration and also drew attention to the importance of strengthening the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of business in relations with the state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Moreover, the EBA has already sent official letters to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine \u2013 Mr. Dmytro Razumkov, as well as the Chairman of the relevant VRU Committee \u2013 Mr. Andriy Klochko on the importance of adopting this draft law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Therefore, we hope that the position of the business will be heard, and the people&#8217;s deputies will soon adopt draft law \u21163475 &#8220;On Administrative Procedure&#8221; in the second reading and as a whole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Be the first to learn about the latest EBA news with our Telegram-channel <\/em><em>\u2013 <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3g6lO9b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>EBAUkraine<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Thursday, September 23, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is to consider\u00a0Draft Law \u21163475\u00a0&#8220;On Administrative Procedure&#8221; in the second reading.
