{"id":788146,"date":"2021-09-03T18:24:16","date_gmt":"2021-09-03T15:24:16","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2021-09-06T10:17:29","modified_gmt":"2021-09-06T07:17:29","slug":"zdobutky-biznesu-za-tyzhden-37","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/zdobutky-biznesu-za-tyzhden-37\/","title":{"rendered":"Advocacy achievements of the week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The first week of autumn brought good news for the HR field, as the procedure for calculating the average salary was adjusted with consideration of comments from the business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The government has improved the mechanism for calculating the average salary<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The relevant Resolution was adopted by the Government at the meeting on September 1. From now on, when calculating the average salary, bonuses and other incentive payments based on the results of work for a certain period will be considered in the earnings of the period corresponding to the number of months for which they are accrued, starting from the month of accrual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It should be reminded that in December 2020 the formula for calculating the average salary was changed. According to EBA member companies, this formula has substantially complicated accounting. This situation created administrative difficulties for companies, in particular those with a large staff.
