The respective decision was taken on August 11, at a regular meeting of the CMU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As part of the pilot project &#8220;E-permit&#8221;, it is now possible to obtain one of the 13 most in-demand licenses just by filing an online application through the Diia portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The following <strong>13 licenses are available<\/strong> for the obtainment under the pilot project:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 retail sale of alcoholic beverages (except table wines);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 retail sale of tobacco products;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 retail sale of liquids used in electronic cigarettes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 wholesale of alcoholic beverages;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 wholesale of tobacco products;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 wholesale of liquids used in electronic cigarettes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 wholesale of fuel;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 fuel storage (exclusively for own consumption or industrial processing);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 tour operator activities;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 veterinary practice;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 economic activities related to preschool education;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00b7 mediation services of abroad employment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The implementation of the project involves the digitization of the full cycle of procedures of licensing and automatic issuance of licenses, where there are no additional checks of documents when applying.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Entrepreneurs also retain the right to submit documents in paper form. Thus, the business will have the right to choose the method of application &#8211; in electronic form or on paper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The experiment will run\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">from November 1, 2021, to October 31, 2023<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. After its completion, it is planned to submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft Law on simplification of licensing conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The European Business Association thanks the Government for digitalizing licensing processes.
