Positive developments have been fostered in the field of trade, consumer protection, energy, corporate social responsibility, and regulatory issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The National Strategy for creating a barrier-free space in Ukraine in the next 10 years. The EBA experts have actively contributed to the development of the strategy;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Draft law \u21165175 was adopted. It provides for the extension of the duty on exports of ferrous scrap at the rate of 58 euros\/ton for another 5 years;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">EBA received a letter of explanation from the Ministry of Economy regarding the possibility of imposing an anti-dumping duty on imports of PVC profile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization has published a draft Resolution on new rules for providing information to consumers of electronic equipment, which takes into account the proposals of the EBA experts;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The NEURC simplified the procedures for connecting consumers to the electricity grid;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Verkhovna Rada has appointed the Minister of Energy of Ukraine.
