The European Business Association is launching a pilot project\u00a0<\/span>“Agro Varta”<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(Agripatrol), which aims to introduce a culture of responsible management of used plant protection products.<\/span><\/p>\n At present, the state plans to increase the volume of the collection, ensure proper recycling of such containers, improve logistics routes to optimize the collection process, establish communication between all entities, as well as increase the efficiency of plant protection container management, which is also the goal of this project.<\/span><\/p>\n Among the participants of the project are ADAMA UKRAINE LLC, BASF LLC, BAYER LLC, FMC UKRAINE LLC, NUFARM UKRAINE LLC, SUMMIT-AGRO UKRAINE LLC, SYNGENTA LLC, UPL UKRAINE LLC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n This Project has received the permission of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for concerted actions (Decision \u2116562-r of August 28, 2020).<\/span><\/p>\n The companies, selected for the Project, all have licenses from the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine for hazardous waste management that meet the environmental and technical requirements for the recycling and disposal of PPPs.
